To book an appointment:
Sign into the My Indici patient portal to book. If you have not registered to the patient portal, contact our reception team on 07 855 2079 during business hours for assistants.
Fairfield Medical Centre runs by appointment only. Our practice works on 15-minute appointment times. If you require a longer appointment, please let the receptionists know at the time of booking.
We would appreciate at least two hours notice should you be unable to make your appointment.

After hours care
Outside our business hours your call will automatically be transferred to the Anglesea Medical after hour's clinic.
