We take your concerns seriously and respond promptly and equitably. Our commitment is to investigate complaints thoroughly, aiming for a resolution that satisfies all involved parties. If necessary, we take proactive steps to prevent similar issues from recurring. Your written complaints, received promptly after the incident, greatly assist us in addressing and resolving matters effectively.
